How do I pay my assessments?

Assessments are due on the 1st of the month and are late on the 10th of the month. A $35 late charge will be charged to residents who pay after the 10th of the month. Residents may pay their assessments in three ways: 1) by check or money order via mail, 2) by direct debit from your banking account or 3) via the Chicagoland Management website.

To pay by mail, send checks or money orders made payable to Eliot House Condominium with attached bottom portion from your monthly statement to:

To set-up direct debit you must fill out the direct debit request form which can be found under forms in the login section of the website or can be requested from the Management Office.

Are grills allowed on the balconies?

Only electric grills are allowed on balconies.


How does the building entry system work?

Guest can type in the associated unit code to the keypad or scroll through the listed contacts to dial. Once you answer be sure to press #6 to allow entry for guest(s). To have your phone number entered into the system please contact the Management Office.

You may view the entry areas on your television by selecting cable channel 196. If live video is unavailable please contact the managment office.


What are the Management Office hours?

The Management Office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

What are the Package Room hours?

The Package Room is located at the Front Desk, and packages can be picked up 24/7.
