The HOA is made up of seven associations comprised of 2,610 units:

- Town Houses (60 Units)
- Eliot House (324 Units)
- Faulkner House (224 Units)
- Lowell House (252 Units)

HOA expenses are paid for by the seven associations, which are passed on to the individual unit owners in each Association.
Each Association appoints two representatives to serve on the HOA Board of Directors, which sets policy and oversees the finances and operation of the Association. The HOA Board contracts with a professional management firm to provide management services. The HOA Board meetings, which are open to all unit owners, are typically held on a monthly basis. Check the calendar under the Community Info tab for upcoming meeting dates.
